This service includes the following:

• In-person initial consultation that will include assessing the above-mentioned consultation information. This consultation will include an individualised meal plan created according to your personalised goals, requirements and needs.
• Discussion of the number of meals, frequency / duration and the meal preparation service procedure.
• Weigh-in and measurement consultations will be included.
• NOTE: This service is only offered to those who reside in Cape Town city centre.
